Win vs the Heat (as well as some other Boston Celtics Playoffs thoughts)

This sounds like it belongs in a screenplay. In the NBA Playoffs, the Boston Celtics will once again play the Miami Heat. I’m experiencing a range of contradictory emotions.
On the one hand, this presents an ideal chance for retaliation. We can (and should) repay them for knocking us out the previous year. Maybe this team’s desire for vengeance will keep them from becoming overconfident and ignoring their opponent, as they may have done while playing the Chicago Bulls.

However, this Heat squad is just not that talented, and without Jimmy Butler, they should hardly be considered more than a roadblock for the Celtics this season. Boston only has to execute their job in order to move on to the next round of the playoffs, even if they have far higher aspirations this year. If anything, their attention should be on finishing this series quickly so they can relax and get ready for the next one.
On the other hand, we should respect Erik Spoelstra if history has taught us anything. He intends to unleash every possible attack on the Celtics. He will make things intriguing and keep people guessing. In the event that the Celtics get distracted or have a poor shooting night, they might potentially steal a game. And the hot takes, my goodness, will pour like lava over blackened dirt. However, this Celtics squad is prepared for it, and in fact, they could receive some valuable “clutch time” minutes early in the postseason.
Then, on the other metallic hand of General Grievous, the playoffs are finally underway. For more than a month, the greatest Celtics team since 2009 has been coasting. They used the last part of the season as an extended practice, lapping the field. All of that nice stuff about how amazing this squad was this season, as shown by a lengthy array of statistics, doesn’t really matter right now. All of it served as a preface to what people will remember about this season. At last, the Celtics are able to lock on and activate the assault mode of the X-wings.
Gain the title, and a great deal of stories are altered forever. Right now, it is the only thing that counts. This roster also has a ton of experience. This team’s key members are aware of how difficult it is to approach that objective yet fall short. Jrue Holiday is aware of the difficulty of completing the task. Knowing how difficult it is to win in this league, Porzingis is willing to take on any role that would help this team succeed. Mazzulla will stop at nothing to claim a title—I really mean that.
This group is prepared. Their objective is one. The Heat are just the first step in that direction.
