Tyler Herro doesn’t play in the Heat’s last game of the year.

For the first time since breaking his right hand on April 16 during a playoff matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round, Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro was allowed to participate in the NBA Finals.

But Erik Spoelstra kept Herro out of Miami’s season-ending Game 5 defeat to the Denver Nuggets on Monday night, so he never got to play.

Spoelstra said the choice to bench the accurate Herro as difficult.

After the game, he stated, “It’s just a really tough call and I’ll probably have to wrestle with that all summer.” “This is a unique experience that I have never had. I just know that this game was played in a completely distinct manner from anything else; you cannot even compare it. It is a different regular-season sport. However, the manner this game was played in the first round was quite different. Completely different in the second round. Even the conference finals, the intensity of their performance, and I believe they ought to have. The focus should be on letting the participants make decisions.A man who has been out of the game for two months and hasn’t had any type of ramp up would find it to be the hardest-played, most physical match you can have. However, it won’t stop me from reflecting on it over the next weeks.

According to reports, Herro was still feeling some pain in the hand that had undergone surgery, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN had said.

Herro averaged 20.1 points and made 203 3-pointers in the regular season to rank as the Heat’s second-leading scorer this year.
