The lower house of the Dutch parliament passed a law to make work from home a legal right. The Netherlands has always been a very people centric country with labor laws set in place to be fair to the workers. In the current situation employers in the Netherlands can decline any request for workers to work from home without reason. But under the new law, employers will have to consider such requests and give sufficient reasonsing to deny them.
