Prior to this season, Uras had been one of the best pitchers in the last three years, peaking in the 2022 season with the best National League effectiveness (2.16) and finishing third in Cy Young voting.
Now, on the verge of being a free agent, he has suffered on the field with a 4.60 effectiveness, accompanied by 24 permitted cuadrangulares (the most of his career) in 117.1 labour entries.
