Selena Gomez takes a fresh selfie without makeup.

With new pictures, Selena Gomez is revealing more about who she really is to her followers.
On March 24, the singer of “Single Soon” posted a black-and-white picture of herself without makeup on Instagram.

“Real” is all that she captioned the photo.
On her Instagram story, the singer and actress also posted a makeup-free photo with a close-up of Gomez that showed her partly squinting towards the camera.
One of the most popular users on Instagram, Gomez, got a lot of support in the post’s comments area.
Camila Cabello wrote, “Good god woman, have mercy.”
Lily Collins remarked, “You’re so beautiful,” accompanied by three pink sparkling hearts, while Nicola Peltz Beckham added, “Really stunning inside and out.”
Gomez’s post from Saturday also included a collage of her with her old “Wizards of Waverly Place” co-star, David Henrie, and a photo of her standing on a stool in an enormous white T-shirt. The beloved Disney Channel program is getting a revival, which the two are co-producing, and it will premiere this autumn.
The 31-year-old Gomez has a history of being genuine in recent years. She discussed her body image on social media in January. She posted before-and-after pictures of herself in a bikini on two different Instagram stories, both of which seemed to have been taken by paparazzi.
She wrote, “Today I realized I will never look like this again,” above the first picture, which showed a younger Gomez in a string bikini.
Gomez later shared a picture of herself with more skin shown in a two-piece bikini, captioning it, “I’m not perfect but I’m proud to be who I am.” I forget sometimes that it’s okay to be who I am.
Gomez has previously been transparent about her health and weight swings. In a 2023 episode of “Dear…,” on Apple TV+, she spoke about her experiences with bipolar illness and lupus.
Because I would be on certain drugs, my weight would change regularly. And evidently, people took it immediately,” she said in the segment. It seemed as if they were eager to discover a way to undermine me. I was being made fun of for putting on weight as a result of my lupus.
She discussed the truth of how internet hatred affects one’s body image in the same show, pointing out that she had already taken the time to reply to certain remarks made about her appearance.
“I would upload a photo of myself to the internet and say, ‘It doesn’t matter.’” “I refuse to accept what you’re saying,” she murmured. “While in the room, posting and crying uncontrollably because no one should hear those things,””Even though I was posting these things saying it doesn’t bother me, I didn’t want other people who are going through the same thing—being shamed for who they are, who they love, or how they look—to be bothered by it,” she said. It’s simply so unjust, in my opinion. Nobody should, in my opinion, ever feel inferior.
