On Saturday night at Enterprise Centre in St. Lois Post Malone had a terrible fall while performing “Circles” While walking down the ramp that extended into the floor of the arena, he fell through a hole in the floor that he would use to lower his guitar. Eyewitnesses said that after his fall his legs were shaking uncontrollably, and medics had to rush in and took him off stage.
After 15 minutes of medical care Post Malone returned on stage and performed three more songs even though he had immense pain in his ribs, and he was seen clutching them when he sang. Post Malone thanked the crown for their support and for waiting. He finished the show and even signed autographs for his fans.
