Earlier in the week, the Packers seemed to be bigger favourites than the spread suggested. However, when teams submitted their injury reports, it seems that a much healthier Falcons squad will have the upper hand on Sunday. Green Bay will be without running back Aaron Jones (hamstring) and wide receiver Christian Watson (hamstring), putting them at a significant disadvantage against Atlanta’s formidable defensive front. They’ll also be without linebacker Quay Walker (concussion), who had an interception and four tackles in Week 1 against Chicago.

The Packers kicked off the Jordan Love era with a bang. Green Bay dominated the Chicago Bears from coast to finish in their season opener, winning 38-20. Love completed 15 of 27 throws for 245 yards, three touchdowns, and no picks. Wide receiver Romeo Doubs (4 receptions, 26 yards, 2 touchdowns) and rookie tight end Luke Musgrave (3 catches, 50 yards) were Love’s best targets.
Jones maintained his high level of production for Green Bay in Week 1. On nine attempts, the 28-year-old ran for 41 yards and a score and caught two catches for 86 yards and a touchdown.
