Benny Blanco joined Selena Gomez for a hangout with her co-stars from Only Murders in the Building.
The producer and singer-actress, who will have been dating for a year in June, are shown in a picture uploaded to the singer-actress’ Instagram Story on Thursday, May 9. They are posing in front of a vibrant wall painting with Steve Martin and Martin Short, who are the heads of the Hulu series that Gomez is in. Along with a number of pals, the picture also features directors Steven Spielberg and Judd Apatow.
Gomez wraps his arm over the shoulders of the ‘Eastside’ artist, Blanco, who is sporting a vibrant jumper, in the picture. The creator of Rare Beauty had previously shared a picture of herself and her partner holding hands.
This isn’t the first time Blanco has spent out with Martin, Gomez, and Short. They sat next to the two actors at the 2024 Primetime Emmys when the Wizards of Waverly Place alum brought the hitmaker as her date. Short was nominated for best actor in a comedy series, but Jeremy Allen White won the award, and only Murders had been considered for best comedy series, which ultimately went to FX’s The Bear.
The tweet was made a little more than a week after the pair had a small party to commemorate the publication of Blanco’s cookbook, Open Wide. Gomez said that she was “so proud” after sharing pictures from the event, which included a few of the recently published author’s cake copy of his book.
“Being with you makes life better,” Blanco replied in the comments.
Blanco had been on TODAY With Hoda & Jenna the same day to discuss Open Wide. “I wake up every day, and I look in the mirror, and I’m like, ‘How did this happen?’” he exclaimed to presenters Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager, gushing about his relationship with the “Single Soon” singer. But whee, till someone figures it out!
