LeBron James of the Lakers is questionable against the Bucks due to ankle pain.

Due to left ankle pain, LeBron James is uncertain for Tuesday’s away game against the Milwaukee Bucks, the Los Angeles Lakers said on Monday.
James has been coping for months with the ankle problem. Coincidentally, the last game he missed as a result of it was the Lakers’ victory against Milwaukee on March 8.

In that victory against Milwaukee, L.A. started Spencer Dinwiddie in James’ stead.
In L.A.’s 150-145 victory against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday, the 21-year-old veteran played 38 minutes and finished with 26 points and 10 assists.
With eleven games remaining, the Lakers, who are ranked ninth in the Western Conference, will begin a six-game road trip against the Bucks.
D’Angelo Russell, a guard for the Lakers, is not listed as injured versus Milwaukee. He missed the Indiana game due to a non-COVID sickness.
James said, “We know where we are right now,” after the Pacers game. “Just keep trying to play some excellent basketball. For us, that’s an extremely stressful road journey. It’s difficult because it’s quite uncommon for me to have taken a road trip to the East Coast so late in the season, or vice versa. However, we’re excited about it.”
In order to avoid the play-in tournament, Los Angeles has to move up to the sixth slot in the conference, which it is presently three games behind the Phoenix Suns for. The Golden State Warriors, the No. 10 seed, are 2.5 games behind the Lakers.
