Judge Katy Perry of “American Idol” dons a “MAMA” cap after a candidate who was mom-shamed leaves.

During her “mom-shaming” scandal on ABC’s “American Idol,” Katy Perry made a fashion statement.
On Monday, the performer donned a baseball hat with the word “MAMA” embroidered on it, the day after competitor Sara Beth Liebe, whom admirers accused Perry of “mom-shaming,” chose to withdraw from the competition.

Perry donned the headwear while buying in Montecito, California, while dressed casually in a grey hoodie, leggings, and rose-tinted aviator eyeglasses.
With her fiancé, Orlando Bloom, she has a daughter named Daisy Dove.
Meanwhile, Liebe, who left the show during Hollywood Week to spend time with her family, used social media to put the dispute to rest.
“I don’t have anything else to say about this.” “I’m not even mad,” said the 25-year-old mother of three. “If you watch my videos, you’ll see that I’m not even angry.” I’m just attempting to make sound.”
She went on, “I never asked for any of this to happen. This was not a ruse on my part. This is preposterous… I’m sick of it. “Not any longer.”
Liebe did post a video of her act, saying that the programme deleted “three standing ovations.”
“But I’m going to celebrate that for a minute for myself because it meant a lot to me and I think it’s a little lame that they didn’t show it,” she added.
Liebe’s tryout broadcast a month ago, and the judges were taken aback when they discovered she was a 25-year-old mother of three. Perry commented on how youthful she appeared and pretended to collapse.
“I think I’m going to pass out if Katy lays [sic] on the table!” Liebe stated.
“Honey, you’ve been laying on the table too much!” Perry replied.
Fans seemed to take issue with Liebe’s “mom-shaming” remark, and she responded after the internet came to her defence.
“There was a joke that got some attention, and I’ve gotten a lot of people reaching out to me asking how I’m feeling,” she said at the moment on social media.
“At the beginning of my audition, before I sang, I mentioned that I had three children and was a young mother, and Katy Perry made a not-so-kind joke.”
Liebe’s singing business looks to be continuing despite her choice to quit the programme. She announced on Instagram soon after leaving the ABC show that she had been “scouted to audition.”
“They contacted me,” she revealed on Monday. “And I’m so thankful.” I’ve never had so much help with my music. And it’s mind-boggling and humiliating, and it’s made me realise how desperately I want to be a musician. I didn’t know that 6 months ago.”
“But I’m also allowed to make difficult decisions that are best for me,” Liebe added. “I took a risk and said yes to a huge and VERY UNEXPECTED opportunity that was presented to me, and while it may not have been for me, I found myself again, met the most talented people I’ve ever had the HONOR of meeting (many of whom are now close friends), and… fell in love with music again.”
