Golden State Warriors vs. New Orleans Pelicans injury report

Golden State Warriors vs. New Orleans Pelicans injury report

Tonight’s game between the Golden State Warriors and New Orleans is a preliminarily scheduled matchup for the top spot in the Western Conference. The injury report has some significant players for both teams, but the Warriors have a lot more.

On their injury report, the Warriors have Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and Jonathan Kuminga classified as injured. Because of a left ankle injury, Jonathan Kuminga is classified as doubtful, Klay Thompson is rated as questionable, and Draymond Green is listed as likely because of right knee pain. The Warriors are led by all three of these guys, and it’s important to remember that they are playing a back-to-back tonight.

Trey Murphy III, Naji Marshall, and Jose Alvarado are the other three players on the New Orleans Pelicans’ injury report. Trey Murphy III is out due to a partial meniscectomy on his left knee, Naji Marshall is out due to a contusion in his right knee, and Jose Alvarado is out due to a sprain in his right ankle. The health of Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram is the most critical factor for the New Orleans Pelicans, notwithstanding Alvarado’s importance.

The Warriors used to avoid playing their best players on the second night of a back-to-back schedule last season. It would be interesting to see what occurs tonight since head coach Steve Kerr had said that the club will be participating in them this year.
