Denver Nuggets vs. Memphis Grizzlies injury report revealed

The Grizzlies will have a very tough matchup with the Denver Nuggets, the defending champions. The Grizzlies have more guys on their injured list than they had in their last game against the Pelicans, for whatever reason.

The injury report for the Grizzlies has a long list of players: Luke Kennard, Ja Morant, Santi Aldama, Steven Adams, and Brandon Clarke. Luke Kennard is out due to concussion protocol; Brandon Clarke is out due to tendon repair in his left Achilles; Santi Aldama is out due to a right ankle sprain; Steven Adams is out due to a PCL strain in his right knee; and Ja Morant is out due to a league ban. Luke Kennard, who was injured in the most recent game, is at the top of this enormous list.

Vlatko Cancar and Jay Huff are the only players presently listed as injured for the Denver Nuggets. Jay Huff is out due to a fractured right rib, while Vlatko Cancar is out due to surgery on his left knee. The Nuggets will have almost their whole roster available for this game since neither Cancar nor Huff are in the starting lineup.

The Memphis Grizzlies will have a steep uphill climb tonight. They will be even more shorthanded against the reigning NBA Champions today than they were against the New Orleans Pelicans in their last game.

Denver Nuggets and Memphis Grizzlies start off at 7:00 p.m. EST.
