Joel’s musical extravaganza was recorded in March, commemorating the Piano Man’s incredible 100th consecutive show of his MSG tenure. The TV show will include classic Joel favorites including “My Life,” “Scenes From an Italian Restaurant,” “It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me,” and of course, “New York State of Mind,” according to the CBS website.
Joel has performed for many years, but this is the first time his performance has been carried on a broadcast network. Joel’s last performances as the singer will bring the remarkable run of his residency to a conclusion in July.
