According to a law enforcement source familiar with the case, a lady has been detained in connection with the murder of Robert De Niro’s grandchild.
Leandro De Niro Rodriguez died at the age of 19, his mother Drena announced on social media earlier this month. The reason of death was not disclosed.

According to a law enforcement source, a lady named Sofia Marks was arrested on suspicion of distributing narcotics to a kid. According to the source, Marks has not been charged with murder. According to the source, this is a “probable cause arrest” and the investigation is continuing. CNN is seeking to locate legal counsel for Marks.

Drena de Niro later said in the comments section of her initial post announcing her son Leandro’s death, “Someone sold him fentanyl laced pills that they knew were laced yet still sold them to him so for all these people still f*king around selling and buying this sht, my son is gone forever.”
